One of the best ways of gaining additional traffic is to build up the number of backward you have pointing to your website. The people reading the article are also potential visitors to your site~Then there are the people who get to read the article; these are also people who could visit your site if they clickthrough to it}. You need to submit many articles as these free one-way links tend to be of quite a low value.
